Del Sol Cafe in Burlington is a cozy neighborhood spot that centers itself around a strong coffee game paired with hearty, flavorful brunch options. Located on S Church St, it feels like a well-loved local hangout where the morning rush quiets down into a steady, comfortable rhythm by mid-morning. This café leans into a casual, inviting atmosphere with a dash of charm that suits anyone looking for a relaxed start to their day or a midday recharge.

The drink menu stands out with an eclectic lineup of specialty lattes featuring unexpected flavors like Mazapán, Abuelita, and Pistachio, all priced around $8.50. These options suggest a subtle nod to local tastes and familiar comfort drinks with creative twists, making it a good pick for those looking to try something new beyond the usual coffee shop offerings. If you prefer traditional coffee, you’ll find options that still focus on quality and smoothness, often paired with delightful toppings like cold foam that locals appreciate.

Brunch at Del Sol Cafe covers both familiar and distinctive choices, ranging from breakfast staples such as burritos and tacos to more inventive items like flautas in a cup and hot honey-stuffed croissants. Portions tend to be generous and flavorful, positioned to satisfy those who want a meal alongside their coffee without the formality of a full-service restaurant. Families will find the kids’ menu welcoming too, with items like quesadillas and mini pancakes that keep younger diners happy.

The setting is casual but thoughtfully curated, making it a nice stop either solo with a book or when catching up with friends. Locals seem to frequent Del Sol for both quick breakfasts before heading to work and slower weekend mornings spent savoring a carefully crafted latte paired with a hand-held savory bite.

Best times to visit are during the morning and early afternoon when the café hums with enough energy to feel lively, yet remains unhurried enough to settle in. It’s a place that suits people who appreciate detail in their coffee and comfort in their food, whether you’re grabbing something on the go or lingering over a weekend brunch. The presence of Latin-inspired flavors and a family-oriented vibe also hints at a community-rooted character that resonates well in Burlington’s diverse food scene.

Overall, Del Sol Cafe offers a distinct café experience that goes beyond the standard chain formula, shining in its blend of approachable creativity and genuine local warmth.

This charming spot is a must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful quick bite. My very first visit was a good, with a hazelnut cappuccino complemented by a mouthwatering turkey, egg, and cheese on a flaky croissant. It tasted like my abouelita made it in her kitchen. The staff's are very friendly and charismatic. I'm a big supporter of local/family-owned business, and I can't wait to return and try more of what they have in the kitchen. Muy bueno y delicioso!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ok so I usually never take the time to write reviews but this requires the effort! I’m SO happy I stumbled upon this spot when trying to grab a quick breakfast in Burlington because OH MY GOODNESS what an amazing first experience!! I ordered a delicious coquito latte (think eggnog but WAY better) and a super satisfying tasty breakfast burrito with chorizo . You’d think I’d stop there but nope, couldn’t resist buying one of their horchata tres leches and NO it didn’t even make it home, I ate that bad boy in the car at 10:30am with #NoRegrets and it was truly incredible!!! I already can’t wait to come back here (or order on DoorDash) because I really want to try their chilaquiles and huevos rancheros and breakfast tortas next! And service was so lovely! Super friendly friendly and adorable decor :)

Hey, stop going to fast food coffee chains and support a local shop with excellent food and great customer service! Really enjoyed my breakfast burrito and Duvalin latte. Super cute shop that I definitely plan to make a regular stop for me. Edit: Can confirm after trying multiple items that everything here is delicious!

First time trying this cute spot the other day. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo, it did not disappoint! The burrito was so fresh, flavorful and a good size portion. The staff are so welcoming and make great conversation. I also ordered an iced matcha. The matcha was so smooth and tasteful it was topped with one of the best cold foams I've ever had. If you looking to try something new or just a coffee run, Del Sol Cafe is the place you want to stop in and try!

I am OBSESSED with this place. I have ordered door dash several times and the food is always fresh and delicious. Today I stopped by inside and it is so cute with numerous dessert options that look amazing. I ordered the iced Duvalin latte (hazelnut strawberry flavored) and it was out of this world. The breakfast burrito is my favorite food here although I haven’t tried other things yet! I love their breakfast burrito with beans (I’m a flexitarian) and potatoes. I get verde sauce. Everything tastes so flavorful and fresh. Follow them on social media to be made aware of weekly specials! (Just learned this myself and have been missing some deals). Would recommend and will be going back!! Love this place!

As a coffee enthusiast who loves making her own lattes at home, I was trying to find a coffee shop with authentic flavors that reminded of home. With finding Del Sol, I found just that! Not only is the staff extremely welcoming but the atmosphere is also very cozy and cute!

This is for sure a local Gem. Let’s start with the coffee. It’s flavorful and smooth but not bitter. You won’t get that overly roasted burnt tasting bitter coffee that you get at a lot of “trendy” coffee shops. Now the food, this was the special part I think. A blend of Mexican staples with a breakfast twist. The meals stay loyal to the real home flavor while providing a new and positive twist. There’s a chefs touch there and you can taste it. We tried the breakfast torta with chorizo and the breakfast sopes. Finally the pastries. They’re balanced and the flavors have depth without relying on overt sweetness. We will be coming back.
